Going into the semi-final second-leg 3-0 up, braces from Georginio Wijnaldum and Divock Origi knocked the five-time winners.
Trent Alexander-Arnold earned a lot o praise for this as his quick corner kick allowed the Belgian to score with 10 minutes to go.
And footage has emerged of one fan remembering it in a hilarious way.
In the clip, a Liverpool museum worker can be seen on the grass at Anfield.
He walks up to the corner where the full-back made his snap decision.

But he quickly turned round, pretending to take a corner.
This leaves the staff-member and the cameraman in stitches as they take in Anfield.

Since then, it has been viewed more than three million times.
And the Anfield faithful absolutely loved the tour guide’s antics.
“Give this guy a trophy,” one supporter said.
Another commented: “What a guy.”
While a third suggested a big rewards for the Liverpool man.
“Give this guy a pay rise,” they said.
And a fourth added: “My hero.”
This comes as Reds legend Steve McMahon suggested Virgil van Dijk was given a transfer role this summer.
