The midfielder is currently enjoying a holiday in the Maldives having been overlooked by Gareth Southgate for England’s World Cup squad.
He decided to celebrate Father’s Day yesterday by filming himself performing the viral floss dance.
The move has been performed by everyone from Tottenham’s Dele Alli to former Sky Sports beauty Kirsty Gallacher.
And the 30-year-old has clearly been watching and learning.
“Terminate his contract”
Liverpool fan on Adam Lallana
Lallana expertly moved his arms and hips in perfect sync on a Maldives beach in the video, captioned: “’Dad dance’ speciality #fathersday.”
But Liverpool fans weren’t impressed by the footage.
“Ship him out immediately,” one viewer commented.
Another wrote: “Terminate his contract.”
A third used the video to bemoan the failed signing of Nabil Fekir, saying: “I suddenly want Fekir more than ever.”
And a fourth jokingly feared for the injury-prone Lallana’s legs, asking: “Should he be doing that with his legs?”
It comes as England prepare for their World Cup opener against Tunisia this evening.
Southgate last night announced his team was ready to show the world they have “hunger”, “desire” and “real enthusiasm”.
